More than 50 large wildfires are scorching land across the western U.S., but a new firefighting tool - a converted Boeing 747 nicknamed the SuperTanker, which can drop up to 19,000 gallons of water or fire retardant - is sitting idle at a Colorado airport because the U.S. Forest Service refuses to let it fly.
